JBC Coffee Roasters “Bufcafe Rwanda” Medium Roasted Whole Bean Coffee – 12 Ounce Bag

This espresso is 100 percent Bourbon varietal that originates from Bufcafe in the Nyamagabe district of Rwanda. Epiphanie Mukashyaka made the Bufcafe washing station following the Rwandan massacre and the overwhelming loss of the vast majority of her family. She and her child currently work two wet factories and a dry plant in the zone. The now well known Bufcafe washing stations are close to the Karaba town in the mountains in the Ginkongoro prefecture. They process espresso cherry from two espresso cooperatives: Cobabakagi (1300 individuals) and TerimbereKawa Yacu (400-600 individuals). Espressos prepared after customary Rwandan handling procedures.
