The Chronic is a mix of espressos our maker accomplices in Central and South America. It is 100% Certified Organic (yes, affirmed!), Fair Trade and simmered to flawlessness appropriate here at DOMA with Bob Marley playing on the turntable. It is a somewhat darker meal which, as anyone might expect, completes at a temperature of 420°F on our Loring Smartroast. Hot umber fuel to re-brighten the reddest of eyes, The Chronic warms the sense of taste and the stomach with insights of cocoa and walnut with a succinct, smooth complete, with clues of recollecting the past night.
